Kurzhey Tatyana Yevgenyevna

Chairperson of the Management Board

Kurzhey Tatyana Yevgenyevna  was born in the Pavlodar region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She holds a higher education degree, having graduated from Karaganda Economic University in 1998 with a specialization in "Finance and Credit."

Tatyana Yevgenyevna began her career in 1993 at the Ekibastuz Joint-Stock Bank "Ugolbank." In 1997, she started working at the People's Savings Bank of Kazakhstan, beginning as a junior specialist and advancing through all levels of the career ladder: specialist, senior specialist, lead specialist, and head of the credit sector.

In 2003, she continued her career at JSC "Eurasian Bank" in Almaty, holding various managerial positions, including credit officer, department head, deputy head of management, head of management, deputy director of the department, managing director, and deputy chairman of the management board. From November 2018 to September 2024, she served as the managing director for Private Banking at JSC "Eurasian Bank."

Tatyana Yevgenyevna Kurzhey was appointed Chairperson of the Management Board of JSC "Keremet Bank" in September 2024.

Kalieva Araylym Nazarovna

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Kalieva Araylym Nazarovna is a professional with over 18 years of experience in the banking sector. She began her career in 2006 as a small business loan officer at a branch of JSC "Bank CenterCredit." Throughout her career, she progressed from credit manager to Deputy Director of the Corporate Business Division at the branch of JSC "Sberbank," where she worked from 2008 to 2021.

In May 2021, Araylym Nazarovna took on the role of Executive Director and headed the Private Banking Credit Management department at JSC "Eurasian Bank." In September 2024, by decision of the Board of Directors of JSC "Keremet Bank," she was appointed Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of the Bank.

In her positions, Araylym Nazarovna successfully implements strategies and business plans, participates in the development and modernization of business processes and banking services. Her contributions to the development of the banking sector have been recognized with awards, including the title of "Honored Financier of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in 2018 and the recognition as a distinguished employee of "Sberbank."

Mukusheva Damira Asypbekovna

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Mukusheva Damira Asypbekovna was born in Frunze (now Bishkek). In 1985 she graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute and in the meantime entered her employment as an Economist at Stroybank.

In this financial institution, climbed gradually her career ladder in capacity of the Senior Economist, then Chief Economist, Head of the Planning-Credit Department. Since 1994, she has held various management positions at “Kyrgyzpromstroybank” OJSC, including the Member of the Board of Directors.

Since 2008, continued her career at “AsiaUniversalBank” OJSC by heading the Branch, and since 2010, she managed various structural divisions at “Zalkar Bank” OJSC. Within the period from 2013 to 2020, was the Director of the Chui Branch of “Rosinbank” OJSC, and from 2020 to 2022, she headed the Bishkek Branch of “Keremet Bank” OJSC.

In 2022, was transferred to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at “MCC “Entrepreneurship Development Fund” OJSC.

Professional successes were marked by the following awards: “Expert Qualification Badge of Kyrgyzpromstroybank”; Gold Badge of "AsiaUniversalBank" OJSC; Certificates, Diplomas of "Rosinbank" OJSC;  Appreciation Letter and Certificate of Merit from the Association of Legal Entities "Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan".

Also has extensive knowledge of strategic planning, management and marketing, and served the internship and training at “Bank TuranAlem” in Kazakhstan.

Gulmira Toktogozhoeva

Member of the Management Board – Chief Accountant

Toktogozhoeva Gulmira Anarbekovna has more than twenty years of continuous experience in the financial sector, including work in the audit company "Jacobs Audit".  After successful completion of the Economics and Management Faculty of the Kyrgyz State National University, she began to work in OJSC "Kyrgyzpromstroibank", where for 10 years she made a successful career from Specialist to Deputy Chief Accountant, Head of the Back-Office Transaction Support, Head of the Deposit  Operations Administration Division at the Department for Administration of the branch "AUB-Chuy" (formerly OJSC "Kyrgyzpromstroibank"). She has worked at CJSC "Bank Companion" (MFC "Financial Group Companion") for more than five years, holding the positions of Deputy Chief Accountant and Senior Accountant. In the audit company "Jacobs Audit" she gained extensive experience in auditing financial statements of banks, enterprises and international projects. From May 2018 to January 2019 she was a member of the Board of Directors of LLC "Companion-Invest". In February 2019, she was invited to the position of Chief Accountant - Head of the Accounting and Reporting Department at OJSC "Keremet Bank" (formerly OJSC "Rosinbank"), and since October 2020, she has been a member of the Management Board – Chief Accountant of OJSC "Keremet Bank". In connection with the successful certification, she was qualified as international Certified Accounting Practitioner (CAP). She has excellent theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of IFRS, banking, tax and labor legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. She is fluent in Kyrgyz and Russian Languages.

Shpilchin Dmitry Vladimirovich

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Dmitry Shpilchin is an experienced professional with cross-industry expertise in software engineering, IT infrastructure, information security, finance, and banking. His interest in banking technologies and fintech projects has enabled him to successfully integrate many digital solutions and products.

He began his career in 2005 as an assistant manager of retail operations at the Karaganda Regional Branch of "People's Bank of Kazakhstan." In 2014, he held the position of Head of IT at the Karaganda Regional Branch of JSC "People's Bank of Kazakhstan." From 2014 to 2016, he worked as a senior manager at the headquarters of JSC "People's Bank of Kazakhstan," later becoming a lead manager.

In 2018, he became the IT Director of JSC "Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan," and from 2020, he served as the Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of JSC "Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan."

On September 23, 2024, by a decision of the Board of Directors of JSC "Keremet Bank," he was appointed Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of JSC "Keremet Bank."
